Shipping Policy
Salty Western ships all orders via the United States Postal Service. Shipping & handling charges are based on the quantity of items purchased.
For all orders, please allow 7 - 14 business days for Salty Western to ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Salty Western is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
Once a package leaves the US, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination. As the customer, if you feel that your local postal system is not reliable, please do not choose shipping that does not include tracking, as we will not be responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during the shipment process that does not have tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. For international shipments without tracking, please allow up to 45 days for delivery, however, the average delivery time is between 6-21 days. If you absolutely need your package by a certain date, please choose the option of Express Mail. It is the only shipping option that guarantees a specific delivery date.
By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. Salty Western is not responsible for these additional costs. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
When finalizing your purchase, please be sure to select your preferred method of shipping. Finally, we cannot control the postal system. When a package without tracking is en route to a destination, we can not track it down and neither can the postal system. We ask that you are patient, because your package is on its way.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
